We have implemented emergency COVID-19 policies, procedures, and precautionary measures to reduce the risk of exposure to any virus. We provide all our caregivers and clients with appropriate personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers. Caregivers must wash their hands immediately when they arrive at the client’s setting and must also disinfect all high touch surfaces daily (countertops, phones, kitchen appliances, tabletops, remote controls, bathroom fixtures, toilets, doorknobs, and keyboards). Also, caregivers and clients are monitored daily for the development of any COVID-19 symptoms. These are mere samples of the many precautions we implemented to keep everyone safe. In cases of our particular high-risk or vulnerable clients, we have taken additional and extra steps for the safety of everyone.
