About Our Company
Our story in health and home care services began more than 10 years ago when we established our first residential care facility in Wayne, Michigan. We have since added 4 more facilities. With years of experience helping families make wise care decisions for the elderly, injured, intellectually or developmentally disabled family members, we have learned these critical lessons:
- Whenever possible, bring the care to the client. Injury, illness, or growing old shouldn’t mean giving up the comfort and familiarity of home or living quarters.
- Provide single-point coordination of all care – medical and non-medical. Nearly all home care clients need some combination of medical and practical assistance.
Guided by these principles and experience, we formed Golden Imperial Staffing Agency to bring our compassionate care and services to the comfort of our clients’ homes and living quarters. We’ve expanded our staff & strengthened and deepened our management team and expertise to meet our clients’ needs. We can work with just one provider focused on delivering the consistency, communication, and excellent service our clients deserve in their homes or living quarters.
We have invested in and have a knowledgeable, experienced team to offer clients in Southeast Michigan:

Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide clients with the support to self-determine their lives. The approach is to assist the individual with the full participation of the choices within the community. The ongoing growth of the individual’s quality of life, choices’ control, and independence are reinforced using the strong pillars of credentialing, qualification, strength, and commitment.

We develop different strategies which include but are not limited to tailoring services to the needs of the individuals that we serve.

Our Accreditations, Licenses, and Contracts include:
- We are licensed by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs as Adult Foster Care Residential Facility for the Developmentally Disabled, Traumatically Brain Injured, and Mentally Ill.
- We are an approved and empaneled provider by the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWMHA) to provide Community Living Support (CLS) and Transportation.
- We are also an approved and empaneled provider by the Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) to provide Community Living Support (CLS).
